Once you purchase your monthly subscription, you will be able to login to My Library where you can access the recorded videos as well as a calendar where you can register for the classes each week. This Subscription will automatically renew so you can stay on track with your weekly and monthly goals. You can suspend your subscription at anytime by logging into your account.

Choose from four class options per week: Monday, Wednesday, Saturday at 8am MT, and Wednesday at 7pm MT

No time to join a live class? No problem! You can login and view one of the recorded class options. You can stop - pause - or advance through each video. If you have time for just lower or upper body, you can do one part one day, then come back and do the next part the next day. There will be a new recorded classes added monthly.
